Projection Assumptions for Pension Benefit Statements
The Pensions Authority publishes guidance for determining assumptions used in Pension Benefit Statements, as required under regulation 34(4) of the European Union (Occupational Pension Schemes) Regulations 2021. The guidance will be updated and adapted over time in response to market and demographic developments.

The Pensions Authority publishes a set of statistics for Defined Benefit (DB) schemes. These have been compiled from an analysis of the most recent Annual Actuarial Data Returns (AADRs) received for relevant schemes by 31 March this year.
