Beyond the Statement: The Blueprint for Multigenerational Pension Communication & Education e
This event offers a fresh and practical perspective on how to successfully engage Ireland’s multigenerational workforce in their pensions. Centred on the four interconnected pillars of Engagement, Education, Guidance and Advice, our expert panel from Employee Financial Wellness and Wealth at Work will demonstrate how these pillars work together to deliver meaningful, measurable improvements in pension participation and understanding.
Attendees will gain insights not only into the theory behind effective pension communication, but also into its real-world application through compelling case studies backed by data. These examples will show how tailored messaging and the right communication channels can break through to key generational cohorts—particularly the often hard-to-reach Gen Z population—driving stronger engagement at each stage of the pension journey.
The session will illustrate how communication lays the foundation for improved education, which in turn increases uptake of guidance and advice throughout an employee’s career and as they approach retirement. By walking through the evidence and outcomes, attendees will leave with a clear understanding of how a structured, multigenerational communication strategy leads to better-informed employees and ultimately better pension outcomes.
This event is allocated 1 CPD hour by the IAPF for on-going trustee training requirements. We will apply for 1 CPD hour from LIA, IOB and IIPM.
