In 2023, PineBridge's Multi-Asset team’s investment mantra has been “Go East” – a stance that appears more relevant than ever, with opportunities opening again to shift allocations from developed markets toward Asia and other EMs.
In particular, China’s recovery is merely pausing and looks poised to reaccelerate, driven by policymakers’ “new pragmatism” – stepping up deregulatory and monetary stimulus even as developed markets lean the other way. By year-end the team expect China and India to be viewed as the economic leaders of the major global economies, with its gravitational pull supporting investment in Asia and other EMs.
Join us for this virtual event as Hani Redha, Multi-Asset Portfolio Manager, discusses what this means for portfolio positioning now and in the future.
The discussion will be followed by a Q&A session. To submit any questions ahead of time email info@iapf.ie.
This event has been allocated CPD hours by the IAPF for on-going trustee training requirements. We received 1 CPD hour from the LIA (LIA16391_2023) in category Savings & Investments, the IOB (2023-2500) and the IIPM. If you have a query in relation to CPD, please contact the relevant bodies.
