The Company’s reputation has suffered as a result of press reports, and there is a large backlog of complaining members. You don’t have any insurance to pay for the time spent trying to sort this issue, and because the attack hit multiple organisations, all of the cyber experts you contacted for help were too busy helping their existing clients.
