This event will examine recent legislative and market developments in relation to retirement age flexibility. In particular, it will look at the issues that employers need to address should they decide to introduce retirement age flexibility within the workforce from a pension and risk benefit perspective. Brian Mulcair will also overview the results from 2019 Willis Towers Watson Retirement Age Survey.
