Introduction

THE IMPACT OF THE ELEMENT SIX JUDGEMENT

The recent case taken by members of the Element Six pension scheme against the trustees shone a light on the operation of Irish pension schemes, and wind-ups in particular. This seminar will look at the judgement and what it means for schemes and, particularly, trustees. It will also look at what issues arose during the case that were important in the final decision.

This Seminar has been accredited 1 CPD hour by the LIA ( LIA Ref: LIA-o-3634 :), and 1.1 5 hours by the IIPM. If you have a query relating to CPD hours please contact the relevant awarding body.
