Social Welfare, Pensions and Civil Registration Bill 2017
The Minister for Employment and Social Protection, Regina Doherty T.D., has published the Social Welfare, Pensions and Civil Registration Bill 2017 today.

The Bill proposes minimal changes to the Pensions Act, and does not contain any of the employer debt provisions proposed in the Heads of Bill published in May.
