DB Survey 2018
The IAPF's Benefits Committee carried out a survey covering schemes with over 60,000 members and €20bn in assets. This survey provides an update to previous surveys and looks at actions taken by DB schemes in closing to new members, future accrual and winding up. It also looks at replacement arrangements for those schemes, including contribution rates. It shows other actions taken by DB schemes to reduce risk and how long it is since schemes have paid discretionary pension increases.
