ECB & EIOPA Statistical Regulations
The IAPF's Regulatory & Administration Working Group has produced a number of documents that Trustees may find useful as they navigate the upcoming changes in reporting. These include articles and an FAQ, as well as correspondence we have been issuing on behalf of members. Full details here.

EIOPA Stress Tests
EIOPA launched its 2019 IORP Stress Test this week. You can find all the EIOPA documents here (including EIOPA press release and Stress Test specifications). The Pensions Authority has written to Schemes which come within the the remit of the stress tests.
Timeline of EIOPA 2019 IORP Stress Test:
- 2 April: Launch of the occupational pensions stress test 2019
- 16 April: Launch event with participating IORPs and NCAs
- 17 April - 29 May: EIOPA Q&A procedure for participating IORPs
- 19 June: Deadline for submission of data to NCAs
- 20 June - 28 August: Validation of submission by NCAs and submission to EIOPA
- End of August - End of September: Validation of submissions by EIOPA
- October - November: Data analysis and drafting of the report
- December: Publication of the stress test report
