The Future of Master Trusts in Ireland: Scale, Value and Retirement Readiness
This event will examine the role of Master Trusts in pension provision In Ireland and the capacity of these arrangements to meet members’ needs. It will bring together senior leaders from Ireland’s Master Trust providers to discuss how their propositions are positioned to deliver for members in the years ahead.
The environment for pension provision has become increasingly more demanding in the last number of years with increased regulatory oversight, pressure on costs and heightened member experience expectations. This seminar will explore how Master Trusts are equipped to face these challenges today, and into the future.
The session will also consider the emergence of in-scheme drawdown and the very different challenges of supporting members through decumulation compared with accumulation, including the governance, operational, investment, communications and resourcing capabilities that Master Trusts are building.
