Introduction

Brexit – What Next?

Following the historic vote in the UK Referendum to leave the EU, there has been initial volatility in investment markets and political uncertainty in the UK and throughout the EU. This has raised many questions for Irish pension schemes. This seminar will look at some of those key issues ranging from investment outlook in the UK and beyond to the legal issues for Irish schemes in terms of issues such as cross-border operation and provision of services.

CPD: This seminar has been allocated 1 hour by the IAPF for on-going trustee training requirements. It has also been accredited 1 CPD hour by the LIA and IOB under category 2. Pensions and category 3. Savings and Investments. (LIA Ref: LIA-O-11575), (IOB Ref: 20161417 ).  It has achieved 1 CPD hour from the IIPM.   We have applied to the FPSB  for 1 CPD hour.
