Roz is a Senior Partner with Mercer and is Head of the Cork office in Ireland. Roz’s role includes account planning, project resourcing and responsibility for Mercer’s overall business and commercial relationship with clients.
An actuary, Roz joined Mercer in 1983 and is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries and a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries in Ireland. Roz has wide experience in all areas of pension consulting, particularly in M&A, pensions risk, dealing with Semi State bodies, Government departments, Union bodies and other stakeholders. Her portfolio of clients includes both multinational and indigenous Irish companies. Roz has participated at a committee level in various professional organisations including the Society of Actuaries in Ireland and has presented several papers to these bodies. She served on the board of the Pensions Board, the Irish pensions’ regulator, from 2005 to 2013 and currently serves on the council of the Irish Association of Pension Funds.
