Code of Practice for Working Longer - WRC
The Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) has prepared a Code of Practice to set out best practice for employers on how to engage with employees in the run up to retirement age. Topics covered include retirement arrangements how employers can deal with requests to work longer and how to maximise the skills that older employees bring to an organisation.
